Grinding
After loading and stamping, our precision grinding controls blade tolerances to 0.05mm (0.002") and we can provide the blades with heat treatment from HRC 48± 1 based on the customer's specifications.
Our special abrasive material, skilled labor, and multiple processes produce the finest mirror polish in the industry as well as numerous custom sanding finishes.
Our modern coating equipment provides fully integrated cleaning, lacquer coating and drying processes in an anti-dust environment.
