DESS focus on Putty Knife & painting tools while Wit-Hand produce hand tools & Speedwrench, socket wrench and some special tools. 1996 Reached a turnover of US$ 7,520,000. 1997 Bought a plant beside DESS. 1997 Applied ISO 9002 and got the certification #Q11173 in September. Developed new putty knife DuraGrip 97. 1998 Reached a turnover of US$ 8,520,000. 1998 Developed new putty knife DuraGrip 98 and ErgoSoft Taping Knife & Trowel. 1999 Reached a turnover of US$ 10,000,000. 1999 Developed a new Utility Knife With Quick Change function.
