    Located in Taichung Industrial Park, We produce over 12,000,000 putty knives annually in a modern factory (8,000 m²) fully equipped with automated machining, heat treating and finishing processes.

    Equipment
    • After loading and stamping, our precision grinding controls blade tolerances to 0.05mm (0.002") and we can provide the blades with heat treatment from HRC 48± 1 based on the customer's specifications.
    • Our special abrasive material, skilled labor, and multiple processes produce the finest mirror polish in the industry as well as numerous custom sanding finishes.
    • Our modern coating equipment provides fully integrated cleaning, lacquer coating and drying processes in an anti-dust environment.
